We offer three levels of resistance bands for building your glutes! Each resistance band comes with a convenient mesh bag for easy transport and brief manual to get you started. All bands are made of cloth (not rubber) for more durability and less propensity for snapping, which is a common occurrence with the rubber bands. The bands have stick material on the inside to avoid slippage over leggings or skin. The light strength resistance bands are great for activating your glutes and getting your journey started. The medium strength resistance bands are ideal for hip thrusts and donkey kicks. Our heavy strength resistance bands are ideal for maxing out your potential and getting your glutes in full form.
