Exchange Policy

Inspire A Movement, LLC will gladly accept exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise, with original tags attached, when accompanied by an original Inspire A Movement, LLC sales receipt or order number. Swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact. Personalized or tailored items cannot be returned.

For items exchanged with a receipt or order number after 14 days and up to 30 days, a store credit for the price paid will be issued. This includes gift receipts.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash on demand except as may be required by applicable state laws.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Exchanging Merchandise

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning merchandise to Us.

Contact us via email at [email protected] to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to shipping. Upon receipt of RMA, send merchandise to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of merchandise or proof of received return delivery.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
