More so than anything else in this life, the overriding goal for all of us is simply to be and remain happy. Let’s get to working on your happiness!
Does this sound familiar?
To your inner circle (family, friends, and co-workers), you are doing just fine. You give off the appearance to have it all lined up just perfectly and you are supposed to be living the dream. All is good! But deep down, in your heart of hearts, you are struggling with a general sense of overwhelm, you feel “stuck”, you are stressed and anxious, you feel disconnected from yourself and everything around you, you may even experience bouts of anger and rage on occasion but you cannot really identify the source of your anger, you feel powerless and generally afraid, you are overcome with worry, and you lack self-confidence and motivation.
Does any of this resonate? Maybe not. Perhaps you have arrived at a general sense of complacency, you have unclear goals and desire, you really don’t have a true, meaningful purpose, you feel unfulfilled, and possibly harbor self-limiting beliefs. Did that strike a nerve?
If it did, if any of the struggles above did, then you are likely going to benefit from adding Life Coaching to your wellness toolkit.
So, you may be asking about now, well, what exactly is Life Coaching? No worries. This is a common question as the coaching practice even today is somewhat new in the realm of wellness and self-care.
The core function of an effective Life Coach is to transform fear into truth. Every time that we declare that we want to change something in our lives, the very next thing that surfaces to be in the way of that are underlying fears that invariably come up. This doesn’t just happen to you. This happens to me too! To all of us. Every fear that we harbor offers us an opportunity to learn something, to teach us something about ourselves and highlight areas in which we may have not accessed our personal power up to now. An important coaching construct to help you in your transformation journey is that all of our deeply embedded fears are intended to keep our basic needs of love, safety, and belonging intact. At some point in our lives, these now programmed fears served their purpose, they kept us safe in some manner, but today, they have now become less than optimal and are actually getting in our way towards progress.
Through the practice of mindfulness (curiosity and awareness), we’ll explore what those underlying fears may be and what beliefs they may be tied to today that have become self-limiting. There is definitive truth to the saying, “You are what you believe to be true.”
“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.” – Jack Canfield
I Can Help!
Why are things so hard for me in certain ways? A reasonable response to that would be because “a big life is going to have some big struggles.” A fundamental coaching paradigm is that life’s challenges can often be one’s biggest source of lesson’s learned and serve as the portal to transformation.
As an effective Life Coach, I promise to be your space and vision holder. As your vision holder, I already see the future version of yourself that you desire to become and hold you to be completely powerful and capable of achieving your goals. You are NOT broken, despite your struggles and internal suffering! Therefore, I am NOT tasked with “fixing” or healing you. Through our (you and I) commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and relaxing space, we are going to tap into your own internal resourcefulness and empowerment so that you can take inspired action in the direction of your dreams.
Life Coaching provides the right system, the right accountability, and the right support. Through this process you will gain clarity on your purpose and desires, identify challenges, set clear and attainable goals, and receive the necessary support to reach your goals.
Love & Compassion – Through coaching, we will identify self limiting beliefs that get in the way of healthy self love and work towards overcoming them. We will also work on developing a healthy sense of compassion in order to have fruitful interpersonal connections with others. We can only give as much love as we allow ourselves to receive, so let’s open our hearts.
Understanding – Feeling like you are at a crossroads in your life and you could use some extra help to move your life forward in positive and constructive ways? If this sounds like you, let’s get to working together!
Clarity – What are your true motives and aspirations? Let’s explore what those are and brainstorm ways to get you there! We need to clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then explore strategies for overcoming them. Ready to get to working on optimal you?
Self-Confidence – Life can seem hard at times, right? Ever feel like you are stuck in a rut? I have! Through our work together, we will work on raising your self-esteem and creating a positive outlook on life, starting from within. We need to challenge any self-limiting beliefs that you may be harboring in order to boost your self-esteem and build a strong self-image. You got this!
Motivation – The presence of an effective Life Coach is meant to help you identify what it is that you would like to accomplish and then motivate you to take action. Think of it as having a personal cheerleader that rallies behind you as you pursue your goals! Who couldn’t use the extra nudge to action?
Self-Acceptance & Self-Esteem – Through curiosity and self-awareness, we will begin to discern what self-limiting beliefs are leading to negative self-talk and arrive at the root cause of toxic internal dialogue. As we increase our self-esteem (our perceived worth and value), we will naturally become more self-accepting. Let’s get to work!
Brainstorming Solutions & Strategies – Are you feeling stuck? Sometimes all we need in life is a space to bounce ideas off of on specific life challenges that we may be facing. Coaching allows for such a space. Trust that you have innate wisdom and intuition and, most often, all we need is the right forum and support to get ourselves unstuck in order to come up with new and interesting directions.
Goal Setting – This has been an allusive one for me personally and I would love to share my newfound clarity around goal setting with you. Let’s explore who you truly are, your mission and top values, and then begin to strategize together what are the next steps for you with those findings in mind. It is time to gain clarity and set attainable short- and long-term goals. It is time for you to be where you want and need to be!
Self-Empowerment – It was not that long ago for me where stepping into my personal power sounded like a foreign concept. Today, as I continue to put in the work to personal discovery and empowerment, I am finding my voice and asserting my needs for what is best for me. You can do the same. I am here for YOU!
Accountability – This is unquestionably one of the main elements of any good coaching practice. Who can’t use an accountability partner to help you see through your life’s goals? This all starts by setting a game plan in motion that aims to celebrate small wins along your transformational journey and refrains from harsh judgements and setting unrealistic expectations.
Life Coaching consists of a series of one-on-one sessions between you and your coach that usually last 45 to 60 minutes per session. Clients can meet with their life coach once per week or bi-weekly or even monthly, depending on their immediate needs. Because making sure that you have a great fit for your needs is critical to a successful coaching experience, the recommendation is to schedule a free discovery call to get to know your coach and establish proper rapport. I want to make sure that I am the right fit for you and can provide the best support possible. Once we decide to work together, we will discuss what areas you would like to work on, gain clarity on your purpose and desires, and begin to set attainable goals for you to work towards.
For convenience, most sessions are virtual so that you can schedule them at the most convenient time for you and from the comfort of your own home or wherever you deem most appropriate. The recommendation is to find a quiet and private space where you are able to focus and feel a sense of privacy and personal comfort. I want to make sure that you get the most optimal experience possible during our sessions together. Given location (if local in Orlando, FL.), there is the possibility to schedule a 1-on-1 session in person, but this is contingent on availability of schedule and proximity to the desired location for the session. Please inquire about this if interested.
In Clinical Therapy, therapists analyze their client’s past as a tool for understanding present behaviors. The primary focus for therapists is on mental health and emotional healing. Life Coaching does not aim to diagnose or treat mental health symptoms or disorders. Life Coaching identifies and describes current problematic behaviors in order to assist the client in modifying them. Coaching further focuses on setting and achieving goals and providing the needed accountability to that end.
The length of time that you work with a Life Coach really hinges on your own individual needs, so this varies depending on the individual. The end goal during our time together is that you feel confident in your future and, most importantly, in your own abilities to see through your personal goals and aspirations.

I believe that all of the experiences that I have had to date, both good and “not so good”, have been preparing me to find my dharma. For those of you not familiar with the word, the word dharma is an ancient Sanskrit word that refers to your soul’s purpose or the big reason why you are here. It is intended to mean more than just finding your career or vocation but more so aligned with how you do something and why you do what you do. What is my why? I am here to serve in the way best aligned with my gifts and passions in life and from a spirit of servitude. As I have taken a deep dive into my own inner struggles around stress and anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, low self-esteem and deep underlying insecurities and fears, I have experienced first-hand how safe spaces in the company of heart-centered individuals can effectively assist in the transformation of someone’s life. Throughout my life, I have experienced difficulties with early childhood dysfunction, financial distress, marital troubles, health concerns, existential crisis, spiritual disconnectedness, among other situational life experiences. What I have learned through coaching? There are no “perfect” coaches. From my experience, the best coaches I have worked with are relatable, open, vulnerable, and real. As someone who has had his fair share of challenges in life and is actively working on transformation himself, I feel equipped and gifted with the abilities to hold space for someone seeking transformation and to do so with respect, dignity, and openness.
